The wait time for every dispatch rider at ANY point of delivery is 10minutes max. If customer/representative is not available to receive order within the wait time, the dispatch rider will have to move on to his next delivery point to enable him complete other deliveries before heading back to pending location.

Upon dispatch rider’s return, customer may have to make an additional payment directly to dispatch rider for the repeat delivery.
